I so loved chatting it up with Kathie Lee & Hoda on the Today Show and meeting the other guest, psychologist Dale Atkins as we talked about friendship, and namely how to end friendships. This was a memorable interview as my red-eye flight was delayed so I ended up arriving at the studio (unshowered and exhausted!) with less than 10 minutes to air time!

One of our fastest growing segments is the women over 50 years old as we remember that friend-making is a lifelong skill we need! Once our kids are grown and we start facing retirement, we are more committed than ever to the value of a group of friends! Often we move to be near aging parents or grand kids, or because we want to settle ourselves in a more aging-friendly community or climate, and we find that we are having to make new friends all over again.
